Who we are

Burke Miller and Sandra Visser are the founders of Authentic Power Leadership—each with 25 years of experience in the leadership development field. We partner with senior executives and their teams to help them define and create transformational outcomes that contribute to vibrant culture, generative collaboration, and high performance.
